Tobias is Head of ESG Management at NORD/LB and, together with his team, is responsible for the strategic orientation of the bank with regard to ESG aspects. It is important to him that his team is not only seen as a “regulatory & reporting implementer”, but rather as a driving force for ESG opportunities. The focus here is primarily on “new” technologies such as hydrogen.
His more than 20 years of market experience in various positions at different banks (including DekaBank and KfW-IPEX) with a focus on corporate financing and structured project financing in the transportation sector help him in his work.
Tobias Zehnter holds a degree in banking business administration (BA) and started his banking career in 1996. He has been a member of the NORD/LB family since 2011.
